APEX M LTD is a UK-registered limited company (Companies House No. 15220750) operating from a London registered office. We are a building and construction company working primarily on residential property — owner-occupied homes, private rentals, HMOs, and small mixed-use buildings — with selected commercial fit-outs alongside.
The company is director-led by Sujata Gurun. That means every project — from a half-day repair visit to a full rear extension — has one named person accountable for the brief, the price, and the finished result. No call centres, no rotating account managers, no chains of subcontract.

A large share of our work is for private homeowners refreshing the home they live in — a new kitchen, a redecorated bathroom, a refurbished loft, or a planned single-storey rear extension that gives the family the layout they actually need.
We also work for portfolio landlords and managing agents who need fast, reliable turnarounds between tenancies — repaint, replaster, repair, and re-let — and for occasional commercial clients commissioning small fit-outs and bespoke joinery.
From a snagging visit to a structural extension.
The scope of work covers the everyday building trades — carpentry and joinery, plastering and rendering, painting and decorating, tiling, basic electrical and plumbing co-ordination, flooring, and the structural carpentry needed for openings, lofts, and rear extensions.
Where a project requires regulated trades — full electrical certification, gas, or party-wall and structural sign-off — we bring in named specialists under the same APEX M LTD project lead, so the homeowner still deals with one company end-to-end.
Fixed written scope, fixed written price.
We don't issue back-of-the-envelope quotes. Every project starts with an on-site survey, leads to a written specification broken down by trade and stage, and is priced as a fixed proposal so you know what you're committing to before any work begins.
Variations are only chargeable when the scope itself changes and is re-agreed in writing. The most common reason for an overspend on a building project is a vague initial scope — we work hard to remove that ambiguity up front.
Registered, insured, and accountable.
APEX M LTD trades as a UK limited company with HMRC-registered VAT, PAYE, and corporation tax accounts maintained appropriately for the size of the business. Public liability insurance is in place and certificates can be provided on request.
Where a project falls under Building Regulations, party-wall, planning, or CDM, we work with the appropriate engineers, architects, and consultants under a clear written engagement and keep the homeowner copied in on every step.
A clean, documented handover on every project.
When the build is complete, we run a snagging round with you, close out any final items, and issue a written handover record covering scope delivered, materials and finishes used, certificates, and aftercare notes for the property.
The handover record is retained as part of the project file so it can be referred back to at re-let, re-sale, or for any future works on the same property.
