From enquiry to handover, in six documented steps.
Every APEX M LTD project follows the same sequence — whether it's a half-day repair visit or a multi-week extension. The process exists so that you always know what stage the work is at, and so that nothing important is left to memory.
- 01
Initial Enquiry
You get in touch with a short outline of the project — what the property is, what you'd like done, and a rough idea of timing. A few photographs help. Every enquiry is reviewed by the company director before we reply.
- 02
On-Site Survey
We attend the property at an agreed time, take measurements, photograph the existing conditions, and discuss what you want the finished work to deliver. For booked survey packages, the visit is reserved through the pricing page.
- 03
Written Specification
We prepare a written specification — scope broken down by trade and stage, materials and finishes, sequence, and a realistic timeline. Anything that depends on a third party (engineer, planner, supplier) is called out clearly.
- 04
Fixed Proposal & Scheduling
You receive a fixed proposal against the specification, along with payment terms (typically deposit at booking and balance on completion for larger projects). Once both sides have signed off, we lock in start dates and the trade schedule.
- 05
Build Phase
Materials are procured, trades are scheduled, and the works are delivered under a named APEX M LTD project lead. The working area is kept contained, the site is cleared down at the end of each working day, and progress is shared with you as it happens.
- 06
Handover & Aftercare
We run a snagging round with you, close out any final items, and issue a written handover record covering scope delivered, materials used, certificates, and aftercare notes. Project records are retained for any future works.
