Five service categories, one London construction company.
Every APEX M LTD project sits within one or more of the categories below. Most commissions combine several — a refurbishment might pull in a new bathroom and a structural opening, an extension always pulls in decoration, joinery and finishes.

Refurbishments
Single-room and whole-property refurbishments for homeowners, landlords, and managing agents across London. Strip-out, structural make-good, replastering, decoration, flooring, joinery, and the small co-ordinated upgrades that pull a tired property back into shape.
Refurbishments are run against a written specification broken down by trade and stage, with a fixed proposal agreed before mobilisation. Programmes typically run from one day (a focused single-room refit) to several weeks (a multi-room full-property turnaround).
Repairs & Maintenance
Reactive and planned repair work for properties where things have started to slip — minor plastering and patching, joinery and carpentry repairs, door and window adjustments, tile and grout work, sealant renewal, and post-completion snagging.
Half-day and full-day repair visits are billed at a fixed productised rate so landlords, managing agents, and homeowners can book a competent visit without the overhead of a full project quote. Larger maintenance backlogs are scoped from a short site survey.
Kitchens & Bathrooms
Kitchens and bathrooms are the rooms where a coordinated multi-trade team makes the biggest difference. APEX M LTD runs the strip-out, replumbing co-ordination, replastering, tiling, electrical co-ordination, install, and final finishing as a single programme under one project lead.
We work with units and fittings supplied by the homeowner or, on request, manage the full procurement against an agreed budget — whichever route gives you the most predictable outcome for the property.
Extensions & Conversions
Single-storey rear extensions, loft conversions, garage and outbuilding conversions, internal structural openings, and the supporting groundworks, steelwork, and external finishes that make them work in practice.
Larger build projects are run with engineer and architect liaison built in, against Building Regulations and (where required) party-wall and planning consents. The homeowner deals with APEX M LTD as a single point of contact across the whole programme.
Fit-outs & Bespoke Builds
Small commercial fit-outs, residential bespoke joinery and built-in furniture, custom partitioning, and the one-off projects that don't fit neatly into a standard category. Scope is agreed in writing after a site survey, with finishes and materials specified line-by-line.
Bespoke work is priced as a defined project against a written specification — never on an open-ended day rate — so both sides know exactly what is being delivered before mobilisation.
