APEX M LTD is operated as a director-led building and construction company. We are committed to honest communication, accurate proposals, realistic timelines, and delivering what has been agreed in writing. We do not make claims we cannot stand behind, and we do not promise outcomes that depend on factors outside our reasonable control.
2. Insurance
Public liability insurance is maintained at all times. Certificate details — including the underwriter and the limit of indemnity — can be supplied on request before any project is instructed. Any material change in cover will be reflected in this standard.
3. Project records
Every project is recorded in writing, from the initial proposal through to the documented handover. Project records are retained in line with the Privacy Policy. The records exist to give the client a clear reference for the work delivered and to support any future works on the same property.
4. Customer communication
We aim to respond to enquiries within one business day. During an active project the named project lead keeps the client informed of progress, any unexpected findings on site, and any changes to the agreed timeline. Communication is in plain language — no technical jargon unless it is being explained at the same time.
5. On-site delivery standards
Works are carried out to standards appropriate to the setting and the trade involved — clean working practices, dust and debris control, protection of adjacent surfaces and finishes, daily site close-down, and final finishing that matches the standard of the surrounding property. Where Building Regulations or industry codes apply (electrical, gas, structural, fire) the work reflects those standards and the appropriate certifications are obtained.
6. Safe working
Safe working practices are followed throughout each project — working at height, power tools, dust control in occupied properties, and the safe storage and disposal of materials. Where a task requires the working area to be temporarily kept clear of children, pets, or other occupants, this is communicated in advance. On larger projects, CDM duties are observed in line with the scope of the works.
7. Sub-contracting
APEX M LTD delivers projects under a single named project lead, with the company director, Sujata Gurun, accountable for the engagement. Specialist trades — full electrical certification, gas, structural steel, party-wall surveyors — are brought in transparently and named in the proposal so the client always knows who else will be working on the property and why.
